What to prepare
Steps
Check order, payment, and pickup status only in the original platform or official app.
Stop if someone asks you to move to private communication, an unfamiliar link, or an off-platform transaction.
Never make a transfer, scan a QR code, use cardless withdrawal, or provide a verification code for payment verification, lifting restrictions, or account setup.
Verify independently through official support and preserve messages, URLs, and payment records. Use official police anti-fraud channels when something is suspicious.

Common mistakes, and what done looks like

- Assuming a private-message page is official because it shows a platform or convenience-store logo.

- Close the link and open the official app or enter the official URL yourself.

- Stop immediately and provide no more information. Contact the platform, financial institution, or police through an official channel.
