What to prepare
Steps
Select a bank or post office and confirm its foreign-student requirements through an official website or branch.
Compare the English name, identification number, and validity dates across your passport and residence or uniform-ID records.
Bring originals to an official counter and confirm the account, card, online banking, transfer, and fee terms.
Make a small test after activation and save the bank’s official contact information. Never give a password, verification code, or card to another person.
