What to prepare

Steps

  1. Confirm that you hold an eligible valid residence document and whether you have a fixed employer.

  2. If employed, confirm enrollment with the employer; if not employed, ask the school about the eligibility date and school process.

  3. If you traveled abroad, use the NHIA rule to check how the residence period is calculated instead of assuming six months have passed.

  4. Save the official result from the school, employer, or NHIA. Never upload an ID number or card to the game.

Every step has its own link, so a single step can be shared.

Common mistakes, and what done looks like

Warning
  1. Problem
Assuming that an ARC automatically provides immediate NHI coverage.
    How to fix it
Separate employed and non-employed status, then confirm the eligibility date and enrollment organization.
  2. Problem
Counting six months only from the first entry date and ignoring travel.
    How to fix it
Recheck continuous residence and days abroad under the NHIA definition.

What done looks like

You can identify your enrollment organization, how your eligibility date is calculated, and the next confirmation date, and you have saved the official result.
