What to prepare

Steps

  1. Enter the Students Online Application System only through the NIA website.

  2. Choose first application, extension, address update, or personal-information update and read your list.

  3. Prepare clear color files and never enter data through an unofficial agent link.

  4. Monitor correction and approval notices. Current guidance requires payment within five working days after approval.

  5. Save the official result. This game records only completion and never collects ID numbers or files.

Every step has its own link, so a single step can be shared.

Common mistakes, and what done looks like

Warning
  1. Problem
Remembering ARC expiry but not updating an address after moving.
    How to fix it
Check immediately; current guidance generally gives 30 days beginning the day after the change.
  2. Problem
Logging in through an advertisement or unofficial agent page.
    How to fix it
Stop entering data and reopen the system from the NIA website.

What done looks like

The system shows submitted, correction required, or approved, and you know the next deadline. Submission is not approval.
